Services and Scope

Appointments (online or in-person) are provided by Dr. Agnieszka Bil. Booking, scheduling, and payments are processed via Calendly and its integrated payment providers. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and to Calendly’s terms and policies.

Prices and Payment

Fees are displayed within Calendly and may vary depending on session type, duration, and other circumstances. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in Calendly. Any taxes or processing fees will be shown during checkout.

No Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request a reschedule via Calendly (subject to availability). No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full.

Your Responsibilities

• Arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce session time without fee reduction.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. The version published at the time of booking applies to your appointment.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumer protection rules and mandatory jurisdictions apply where relevant.
